Fibreglass & Gel Coat Repairs

At Rae Line we not only manufacture high quality boats, but we are also a specialist fibreglass & Gel Coat repair centre. We have carried out and completed hundreds of different fibreglass repairs, all of varying complexity and structural requirements, as well as completing numerous cosmetic repairs to gel coat surfaces. If you require a fibreglass or gel coat repair we happily provide quotes free of charge, however we do require to have a full inspection of the damage or the repair required prior to being able to provide a quote. Estimates can be given based on photographs.

Boat Detailing & Gel Coat Restoration

We show a lot of pride in the way our new boats leave the factory in mint condition, and we feel that every boat owner should feel the same with their boat. So if your boat has started to develop gel coat fading or yellowness on the hull, or is showing corrosion on the stainless steel or aluminum components, or even if it just needs a mighty good clean and you can't find the time, then we would love to hear from you if you want to bring your boat back to its true form and have it looking grouse.

New & Re-antifouling

With our undercover boat hoist area, we have the capacity to carry out and complete full antifouls on boat hulls and drive units up to 30ft in length. We have all the right equipment to safetly hoist your boat off it's trailer to provide the space and room to antifoul the hull. We can complete brand new antifouls on previously untouched hulls, or will happily re-antifoul your hull as part of its yearly maintenance program. Quotes are free of charge, and based on the length of the boat and type of antifoul required.

Contract Molding & Fibreglassing

We have numerous contracts with different companies throughout New Zealand to provide them with fully completed fibreglass components. This process can include creating the original designs and building the molds for production, right through to completing the finished product ready for you in the way you require it. All products we manufacture, not just our boats, go through our Quality Control process that will pick up any defects that can occur during the production process and make sure the final product is of the highest quality, that we have been renowned for, before it is delivered.

Transitional Facility Operations & Devanning

At Rae Line, we are an Approved Transitional Facility (ATF) which means we are certified by the Ministry of Primary Industries to handle any imported conatiners, straight from the ship and can devan and unpack all container shipments with our on-site forklifts. If you are looking for a safe, clean facility, out of the public eye for your container load of imported goods, then we would welcome you to contact us to discuss your requirements.
